Directions for use:
Blood collection: blood should be drawn into special PRP tubes, then each tube must be mixed vigorously about 8 times to combine with the anticoagulant. Treatment area preparation: thoroughly cleanse and disinfect the skin in the planned treatment area. Centrifugation: place the tubes in the centrifuge and set parameters for 8 minutes at 2300 RPM. After centrifugation (top layer: platelet-poor plasma PPP, middle layer: platelet-rich plasma PRP, bottom layer: erythrocytes), collect the PRP along with the so-called "platelet buffy coat." To do this, insert a 21G x 40 mm needle into the sidewall of the cap to equalize pressure, then use a 20G x 70 mm needle attached to a 5 ml syringe to collect the material. After sealing the syringe with a stopper and gently mixing the contents (30–60 seconds), attach a 30G needle and inject the plasma into the chosen treatment areas—ideally within 20 minutes after centrifugation.
