Withdrawal from the contract

General information:

Defective product / goods return

 

The buyer, who is a consumer, may withdraw from the contract of sale of the product purchased in the Lipstore.pl Store only if the purchased product turned out to be "defective" and the defect could be noticed only after opening the product.

 

In other cases, the Buyer's withdrawal from the sales contract is not possible. The products offered by the LipStore.pl Store are products for aesthetic cosmetology treatments. The LipStore.pl store offers original products from Producers or their Distributors. Without laboratory tests, the Lipstore.pl store is not able to determine whether the returned product is the same product that was purchased. Bearing in mind the above, as well as the good of customers, primarily the health of customers, the store does not accept returns of products, except for the possible defect, which could be noticed only when the product was opened, which the seller of LipStore.pl was not able to verify during normal storage of the product. .

 

 If the Buyer, after opening the product, notices a defect in the product, he is to immediately prepare a photographic documentation and inform the Seller via e-mail (biuro@lipstore.pl) within 24 hours. 

 

 The buyer is to send the defective product to the address of the company's seat at  102 Czachowskiego St., 25-106 Kielce   , along with a paper return form within 7 days. The run begins from the date of receipt by the Seller of the notification along with photographic documentation sent by e-mail. The buyer bears the costs of returning the defective goods.

 

 The Seller will refund the payment or replace the defective product with a defect-free product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the defective product. 

 

 If the Buyer decides to return the payment, the Seller will refund using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the original transaction, to which the Customer, by accepting the provisions of these Regulations, agrees. If the payment was made in cash, to the bank account indicated by the Customer

 

 The seller may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the defective goods.

 

 The consumer covers all direct costs of returning the item (e.g. packaging, security, shipping). 

 

 

 

 

If you are a consumer - as a rule, you have the  right to withdraw from a distance contract .

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting  a declaration of withdrawal from the contract,  e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: biuro@lipstore.pl

Return the returned item to us immediately to the following address:  Czachowskiego 102, 25-106 Kielce  , but not later than within 14 days from the date on which you rescinded the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within  14 days .

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

  • for the contract in which we issue the item, being obliged to transfer its ownership -  from taking possession of the item by you  or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier,

  • for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

Payments made by you, less the costs of delivering the goods on the terms specified in the regulations, will be refunded to you immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from you.

We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer, among others in relation to the contract:

  • in which the subject of the service is  a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications  or  serving to satisfy his individual needs ,

  • in which the subject of the service is an  item that deteriorates quickly  or has a short shelf-life,

  • in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which  cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons , if the packaging has been opened after delivery,

  • in which the subject of the service are  sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package , if the package has been opened after delivery

  • for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium , if the performance began with the consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints

If you are a Consumer, if the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty.

The goods under complaint should be sent to the following address:

Due to the defect, you can request:

  • exchange of things for one free from defects,

  • defect removal,

or make a statement about:

  • lowering the price,

  • withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a material defect.

We are responsible to you for defects found within two years from the date of delivery of the item.

As a rule, you can  file a complaint within one year of noticing the defect , but the time to file a complaint cannot end before the seller's liability period expires.

Consideration of your complaint (response to it) will take place within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
