Ellansé S is a product belonging to the group of biostimulators, whose purpose is to stimulate the skin to produce its own collagen. Its effectiveness is based on a carefully selected composition: 70% carboxymethylcellulose, while the remaining 30% consists of evenly dispersed polycaprolactone (PCL) particles.
Carboxymethylcellulose is responsible for the immediate filling effect, visible directly after the procedure. Polycaprolactone, a modern and biodegradable medical polymer, after being injected into the skin becomes surrounded by tissue. It forms a kind of scaffold that stimulates the production of type I collagen, which improves skin structure and density.
Thanks to this mechanism, Ellansé S not only restores lost volume but also promotes skin rejuvenation, restoring firmness and elasticity. The product integrates with the skin’s natural structures, remaining imperceptible and ensuring a very natural effect—both at rest and during facial expressions.
The product is fully biodegradable and has a high safety profile. It does not cause allergic reactions or granuloma formation. Immediately after application, a filling effect is achieved, which partially decreases after about one month due to the breakdown of carboxymethylcellulose. In the following months, gradual collagen regeneration takes place, leading to improved volume and overall skin quality.
