Ellansé M™ is a modern biostimulator, a product that stimulates the skin to produce its own collagen. Its action is based on a unique composition: 70% carboxymethylcellulose, while the remaining 30% consists of evenly distributed polycaprolactone (PCL) particles.
Carboxymethylcellulose is responsible for the immediate filling effect, visible directly after the treatment. Polycaprolactone, on the other hand—a biodegradable medical polymer with smooth particles larger than 20 µm—after being injected into the skin becomes surrounded by tissue (a process called encapsulation). It forms a kind of scaffold on which type I collagen is gradually produced, improving skin density and quality.
Thanks to this, Ellansé not only restores volume but also contributes to the rebuilding of the skin structure, improving its firmness and elasticity. The product integrates with the extracellular matrix, making it imperceptible and providing a natural effect—both at rest and during facial expressions.
The product is safe and fully biodegradable. After application, no allergic reactions or granuloma formation are observed. Immediately after injection, a filling effect is achieved, which partially diminishes after about one month due to the breakdown of carboxymethylcellulose. Then, a gradual collagen production process begins, thanks to which the skin regains volume and its quality significantly improves.
