The solution is based on the action of detergents, such as sodium deoxycholate, which initiate the process of adipocytolysis upon direct injection into adipose tissue. The mechanism of action involves dissolving fat and destroying the cell membranes of adipocytes, leading to the breakdown of accumulated triglycerides. The released fats are then transported to the liver and naturally excreted from the body through the kidneys. Compared to traditional phosphatidylcholine solutions, this preparation is characterized by higher efficacy, less invasiveness, and an absence of pain during the procedure.
